Tushar Sudhir Agrawal is an AI engineer and entrepreneur passionate about applying technology to solve real problems at scale. With a background spanning engineering at BITS Pilani, data science at Columbia University, and professional roles across enterprise, international organizations, and startups, he has built solutions from conflict mapping and environmental analytics to generative AI platforms for business.
An early founder in blockchain and later in generative AI, Tushar has been recognized for his ability to experiment with new technologies and turn them into ventures that push boundaries. He is also the general partner of TASA Investments, where he supports early stage founders with capital, technical expertise, and strategic partnerships.

Brent has a broad range of experience advising clients on the business and tax aspects of structuring their investments for maximum profitability. He primarily serves private equity funds, public companies and privately held businesses which focus on the technology, apparel and real estate industries.
Brent held various roles at Ernst & Young LLP and Reed Smith LLP and worked on some of the largest and most complex acquisitions in the United States. He continues to bring that same level of expertise to Selborne Legal Consulting while advising parties engaging in mergers and acquisitions (both tax-free and taxable), joint ventures and partnerships, and multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and dispositions.
